Ok I have made this twice now. The first time I thought is was really good, but my audience didn’t agree (so that should have told me something). I didn’t have all of the ingedients that the recipe called for, but I thought that I was hot stuff and could just make due…don’t do that!!!! I thought that all of the chicken broth that was called for was a little excessive, but it really isn’t. When I made it the second time it was wonderful and pretty as well. My husband LOVED IT and he is the pickiest eater that I know! Keep the good recipes coming (especially the ones for the non-red meat eaters)!

Thanks Karma! I think you’re the very FIRST visitor (other than Greg, lol) I didn’t think that when I told you all to check it out that you would leave a comment…we aint open for business yet!!! LOL.
