Ok I have made this twice now. The first time I thought is was really good, but my audience didn't agree (so that should have told me something). I didn't have all of the ingedients that the recipe called for, but I thought that I was hot stuff and could just make due...don't do that!!!! I thought that all of the chicken broth that was called for was a little excessive, but it really isn't. When I made it the second time it was wonderful and pretty as well. My husband LOVED IT and he is the pickiest eater that I know! Keep the good recipes coming (especially the ones for the non-red meat eaters)!

I made these and they looked exactly like the picture (really they did) ;). Very tastey and I am not a big carrot fan, but I am a fan of healthy eating, so they are now in my book of things to cook for dinner!

I tried the fried chicken and it was very tastey. I did not and will not provide any pictures because it came out a little dark for my liking (almost burnt it) ;). Very good tip with patting the chicken dry with a napkin...I've never done that before, but I can tell the difference.

OK, so I tried this recipe today and did very well I think. I had to make a couple substitutions. I grabbed Chipotle peppers instead of chiles and had to use sharp white cheddar bc the store didn't have extra sharp. The only other difficulty I had was cooking on a gas stove. I can never get the "medium heat" right. LOL

This sounds good. Wonder how it would turn out with ground turkey instead of trying to shred chicken.
